Meal that reheats easily

What would you make as a good, reheatable meal for my in-laws? My MIL just had surgery, so I want to cook for them. My FIL is a meat and potatoes guy. Thanks!

It's a little hot for this, but beef stew reheats well as long as you don't plan to freeze it.

I like roasted chicken.. it's great the first day and you can heat it in the microwave or make sandwiches the next day. If you don't feel like turning on your oven, you can pick up a pre cooked chicken at Costco - easy peasy.

Roast beef makes great sandwiches (hot open or plain) the days after.. you can also repurpose to roast beef hash.

Anything pasta is usually good. Ziti, lasagna, stuffed shells, ravioli.... That type of thing.

Meal that reheats easily

Chili in the crock pot
Broccoli cheese soup in the crock pot
Fresh veggie soup in the crock pot
Heck ANY soup in the crock pot!

French Dips in the......Crock Pot SO freaking yummy and the leftovers are to die for!
BBQ a whole chicken and do BBQ potatoes form this cut up the chicken and that could be lunch meat, a pot pie he would only have to heat if you made it all up for him, the base for a soup, and or a stirfry.

Thanks everyone! I am going to try a bunch of these ideas to get them through this week and then see how it goes!
