does anyone know how to update your daily target with a new weight? i joined a few months ago, lost some weight but then took a hiatus due to laziness how do i make sure my daily target is right if it was already set?

Open up your etools tracker. On the top righthand corner click the settings button. At the very bottom it sasy "Advanced"- click "Edit". You will either check off "Weight Watchers Default" or "Adjust Amount"
The default one is the recommended one for your current weight.
