Stepped on the scale and cannot believe my eyes!!!
Down 28 lbs!!! I haven't been this size in a LONG time 
Still have a lot of work to do though... but, I'm inspired by all you ladies and going to keep going strong!

I have started to feel a difference in that my clothing is fitting much looser. When I look in the mirror I can start to see some definition in the abs, arms, thighs, butt etc... and look overall less "puffy" if you will lol.

Congrats! How are you doing it?!
I'm just trying to eat less and be more conscious of what I eat (sticking to more whole unprocessed foods). I usually tend to obsess and have a hard time sticking to diets, but this seems to be working. I'm also trying not to deny myself anything I'm craving.. just eating less of it and having the strength to push the plate away lol (not always easy!!!)
