Is this enough food
Full tray Mac and cheese
Full tray pulled pork
Full tray ceasar salad
64 burgers
42 hot dogs
Pasta salad
Potato salad
Snacks before hand will be chips and salsa/pretzels etc. Veggies and dip
36 adults/10 kids
Last time I had all this plus baked ziti and meatballs (and other stuff people didn't eat) for about 30 adults and pretty much no one had hot dogs. I had about half of all that food leftover.
I'm on the fence if I should make another dish what do u think?
(guests are bringing desert)

I think that's fine. Maybe just add some rolls so people can make pulled pork sandwiches?

It definitely looks like plenty to me. The only thing I might add would be some coleslaw to go with the pulled pork.

I got 2 cases of 32 frozen burgers at BJs for $22 each figuring we would use the extra ourselves during the rest of the summer. I have one case in the downstairs freezer

that sounds like plenty of food. if you feel you need to add something else...add something simple like corn salad, corn on the cob, cucumber/tomato salad or maybe cornbread to go with the pulled pork.
