PIO and cramping?
So I got the call yesterday to go on 1/2 ml of PIO. I did it last night and a few hours later I started having intense cramps....almost like right before AF. They were consistent last night, today they are still as strong but come and go. Is this related? I'm 4w4d today - could it just be normal and a coincidence?

PIO and cramping?
it could be the PIO but you are soooooo early that literally anything can cause cramping. i was on 2 units of PIO and dont remember cramping specific to the shot. i wouldnt be concerned unless you see red blood. good luck!
