Facial piercings

Would you think it is unprofessional for a medical or dental assistant to have multiple facial piercings?

Is this something you would be legally be able to fire someone because of?

Yes.

When I first graduated college, I used to have a tongue ring.

While no one said anything to me at my employer, kookie clients did and that was enough for me to get rid of it immediately.

I don't know the ins and outs of firing someone over this, but in the health care industry, I don't think it's professional AT.ALL.

I also know many ppl who are covered in tattoos but wear long sleeves in the summertime as to not to risk their professionalism.
