anyone ever experince this?
I can see my body changing
my stomach is almost flat, my clothes fit different
but the scale doesn't move- it couldn't be muscle- cause I haven't really been working out that much- I did planks 3 times last week and some cardio and nothing since then
I just went vegan 2.5 weeks ago- could I be retaining more water?
a dress a wore a month ago doesn't fit the same- it fits better- loser, longer- a lot of my dresses are longer- like my hips got smaller- but my size 4 jeans really don't button yet- they are millimeters away lol
clothes I haven't been able to wear since last summer- fit and could almost be worn out of the house lol
I am just confused as to why the scale wont work with me! should I just stop weighing myself????

Step away from the scale. The number doesn;t matter if you are hitting other goals

Re: anyone ever experince this?
I am going through this now and it's frustrating but I am loosing inches. I am eating better (counting calories), drinking more water and I go to the gym 4-5 days a week for 1.5 to 2 hours. I know I look more tone but mentally I want to say "I am this weight again" and I am not there.

Step away from the scale. Sometimes obsessing over the number becomes counter-productive. If you are notice other positive changes, then that number is not that big of a deal. Continue working out and eating well and wait a while before stepping back on to that scale.

Re: anyone ever experince this?
thanks- it's jsut so frustrating
every time I get close to 135- I bounce back up to 140
I really want to be 130
I am not giving up- I just want to be there
or wearing a size 4 in jeans with no muffin top

Re: anyone ever experince this?
I think I solved the issue
I need to stop buying the fresh ground peanut butter and almond butter at whole foods
I did some quick math- I was eating way to much of it- it's in the garbage and not coming back into my house for a while
it's too easy to over eat it- i can not be trusted

I think 2 TBSP is the max recommended per day for almond butter.
