I work at a large for-profit home care agency for 2 specific programs that provide case management services to the disabled and elderly populations.

Our housing person resigned yesterday because she decided to go back to school F/T for her MSW this fall.

This would be a BA-level position, real estate background would be helpful.

Right now they are looking for someone who is flexible and willing to work in both NYC and Long Island until the program expands a little more.

I also suspect they may be hiring another case manager shortly. Master's degree is preferred for this position, however, a BA would be considered if you had at least 2-3 years of paid case management experience with people who are disabled.

Position does involve field work (you are reimbursed for your mileage), and the ability to communicate well with a team, problem solve/work independently is an absolute must.

Opportunities for bonuses exist at my company and you also get perks like being able to work outside of the office, after your probationary period.

Please FM if you have any further questions.
