Yep, definitely a chiropractor. They can do stimulation on your back which relaxes the muscle as well as massage. You don't even have to have them adjust you.

That's what I was thinking, but wasn't sure since I usually hear that once you start, you usually have more problems than when you started. But I would be willing to try.
Any other suggestions?

Chiro for sure.
That's the only thing that helped.
THat and getting massages.
And it never caused more problems for me.

I do not believe this at all. I find that the remarks that I hear about chiropractors are usually made by people who have never even tried it, never seen what they do. I have had issues for years and there wre times when I did not see a chiro for months. It is not true that you get addicted. It is true that if you have multiple treatments over a short period, your relief will last longer. Massage is the same way. For me, chiropractic gives better results than steroid injections did. I did, however, see orthoedists and haved X-rays and MRIs before I went to a chiropractor. Then the chiropractor looked at those films and reports. Later on I suffered from a low back injury. The chiropractor helps with that but I get better relief for my neck and choulders.

No, I am not a chiropractor. I just hate when I tell people I go and they start telling me why they would never go. They have not lived with my pain and they have not searched forever for relief like I have. There are some schlocky ones but there are many good ones. It's like any other profession.

I am a chiropractor, if you need help finding one locally I may be able to help. My practice is in Islip, but I have lots of friends on the island too! It sounds like most of the symptoms you're experiencing are related to posture deficiencies. If that's the case chiropractic is most likely the best choice. Let me know if I can help :)
