Does anyone take any supplements?

I workout pretty regularly. The least 3x a week. Lots of jogging on treadmill, anywhere betweent 5-7 miles, then weights. I usually have a protein shake right after I get home: Myoplex Lite but wondering if there's anything else people use. I'm not a fan of pills..thanks

I do vitamins. High potency B vitamins (b6, b12) which give extra energy. I also do calcium.

If you dislike pills, greeny leafy veggies are a great source of low-cal protein.

I take a multi and extra vitamin d.

I also take bcaas, creating and glucosamine as part of my training supplementation.

I take a multi and Bee Pollen for energy during the school year-I think it helps!

multi vitaman- probably don't need

wheatgrass shot- daily

vitamin D

green coffee bean extract- it's good for blood glucose- I am diabetic- Dr Oz was recently raving about this- I am 3 days in

and I am going to be adding b12 as soon as I get to the store

Multivitamin (No iron)
Calcium
Vitamin D
Magnesium (for migraines)
Will be adding B12 and Folate this week at my Doctors insistance
