Fruits and veggies.... and I let them split the fortune cookie whenever DH and I order Chinese food.

extra cream cheese if there's too much on my bagel, a piece of cheese on occasion, a piece of melon or veggie if i'm cutting some up and they're around, excess peanut butter if i'm making pb & j, i'll wipe it from the knife onto my finger and let them lick it off, milk when i'm done eating my cereal, a bite of whatever meat if i cook for dinner
