It happened again!
I was just out walking Katie and a Rottweiler and a Pit Bull were running around loose. The Pit Bull had a few scars like it had been in fights and it GROWLED AT ME! I thought they were going to eat my 15lb jack or attack me!
WHAT THE HELL IS THE MATTER WITH PEOPLE?! Neither of them were fixed nor did they have identification. The Pit Bull had a choke chain and thats it. I called the Animal Shelter but they are about 30 minutes away. This is such BS I have to worry about this when I take my leashed, fixed dog for walks.

You can call 911 when you see them again. They are a danger to you, people driving and can get themselves hurt. I have called 911 before because of loose dogs walking along busy streets and I didn't want to see them get hit or cause an accident and have someone get hurt.
