started Pilates today!
today was my first mat class
tuesday is my intro to reformer
I loved it- it was so hard- but you feel amazing after
I am debating adding in some weight training- I am losing inches- but not pounds
I am doing at least 45 mins to a hour of cardio daily
the only thing I am thinking is maybe I am not eating enough? I need to get the scale down at least 5lbs to shut my doctor up- I just care about looking good (and being heathly- but I know I am doing everything I can for that)

and reformer for a price but it's a small class of 4

You will see great results with the mate classes alone.
When I was taking it 2-3 times a week I saw results in about 4 weeks! You will notice it in your stomach and legs first.

Awesome! I love that gym... 3 of the trainers there are teammates of mine! I wish I could work out there but i don't live near it

Awesome! I used to take classes but haven't had the time lately for yet another activity... there arent enough days in the week for all the workouts I enjoy. I am sure the diabetes must have something to do with your lack of weight loss. You are eating healthy, exercising regularly.... something does not sound right. My boss has diabetes and when the office did the biggest loser challenge no matter how he dieted or exercised the weight would not come off.

it does- it's responsible for the weight gain and lack of loss
pre-diabetis I could drop a size in 3 weeks doing what I am doing
I am just going to keep going- I am seeing a difference- just VERY slowly- which frustrates me to no end
I have been working on this full force since April 15- and I am only down about 5lbs-
I had a major meltdown friday- so I put the scale away- I am just using old jeans now-
I will get there- I know it- it might take me a year- but I will do it
