Anyone get their terrier hand stripped?
We're looking for someone to hand strip Huxley (our Airedale)... we've having a hard time finding someone local. Western Suffolk/Eastern Nassau, mid-islandish.

We have a broken coated jack russell who is supposed to get hand stripped. I never found anyone but i did get that petshed comb as seen on tv and it works good.

I strip my own dog, he's a field spaniel and I used to work for a breeder of springers and strip them too. I've never done a terrier before but I can't imagine it would be too much different. You could probably do it yourself. My other suggestion would be to contact a breeder that shows their terrier and see if they would be willing to give you a little lesson for a few bucks.
