Cheese Craving?
I have been trying to eat clean these last few weeks but after a few days I get these strong urges for cheese.
It's weird b/c I was never really a huge cheese eater. I know sometimes they say when you crave something it usually b/c you are deficient in something else.
Anyone have the same prob?

I LOVE CHEESE!!! So I always crave it. Its one of the very few downsides to eating clean (at least for me) and I don't like low fat or fat free cheese...I think it tastes like plastic. Only low fat cheese I will eat is cottage cheese.
I don't know if I believe in a link between craving and deficiency...
I choose to have cheese as my treat meal item...so I'll go out and get a really amazing piece of cheese and really indulge.

Cheese is my biggest downfall- FETA !!!
I always hear if you crave something to just have a very small portion of it and wait for at least 20 minutes and it should go away
