Waking temp ?
So I've been having problems sleeping until my reg. wake time, which leaves me with this question: For instance, normal wake time is 7:45AM, this a.m. I woke for a split second at 6:30AM. Rolled over and took my temp since I was aware I was awake - temp was 97.7. I went back to sleep instantly and my alarm went off at 7:45AM. Temped again - it was 98.4. So, now I feel like neither of these temps are accurate. What would you do? Should I enter a temp in between the 2?

Re: Waking temp ?
I *think* if I were you, I'd enter the time from my normal wake up...only because you didn't get up or anything after the first temping. I might just make a note of the first time/temp.

Re: Waking temp ?
Do you use software? If so, I would input the first temp and just let it be an open circle.
I've also found that it's okay if I do the 'rollover' thing and just wake up at my regular time and temp, for future reference. And don't forget, 1 temp isn't going to throw things waaaay off, as long as you're consistent from now on. (Unless of course you're nearing O, when I'd want things to be "just right"!)

Re: Waking temp ?
Yes, I use fertility friend. I think, for my next cycle, I have to change my wake time to earlier b/c I can't seem to sleep to reg. time lately. Again, this a.m. I woke at 6:45AM and got 97.9, but I'm not supposed to be up til 7:45AM.
