String beans with garlic and oil

Steamed cauliflower
Artichokes with mayo for dipping lol( just about 1t or so)
Roasted Brussels Sprouts in butter with salt and then lemon juice once on my plate
Roasted broccoli with garlic, evoo, salt and pepper
Roasted squash with evoo, salt and pepper, brown sugar
Grilled veggies

Sauteed Strings beans with shallots & pancetta
Roasted Cauliflower w/ olive oil & sea salt
Roasted Brussel Sprouts or sauteed w/ bacon & shallots
lately it's been sauteed broccolini w/ garlic & oil sea salt & fresh pepper! YUM
PW roasted carrots
The summer it was a lot of zucchini sides! Roasted, grilled, or sauteed with tomatoes
Grilled Sweet potatoes
Crash potatoes
Butternut Squash fries roasted
Spaghetti squash with sautéed onions some cayenne pepper for some heat
This is all I can think of right now, but I'll add more as I think of them.

What are your favorite veggie side dishes?
Probably not what you're looking for, but my fave is salad. Specifically with balsamic and feta.
Others would be green bean casserole, roasted asparagus, steamed broccoli, corn on the cob, sauteed spinach.

I just made this the other night and they were delish! ST roasted-parmesan-green-beans
I also love roasting butternut squash with just a touch of evoo and then tossing it with fresh sage and orange zest right out of the oven. So good!

Roasted anything!! 
Probably burnt broccoli (which doesn't help you  ) but also roasted carrots or brussels sprouts.

Cauliflower, mashed or roasted. I could eat the whole head
Roasted tomatoes with garlic and a little basil

orzo with butter and parm
