I took my daughter apple picking and currently have about 20lbs of apple. What are some of your favorite apple recipes??

we have a ton of apples too!
so far, i've made apple sauce and apple pancakes
i'll be making:
apple pies (multiples)
pork chops with apples
apple dapple cake
apple pie muffins

Use apples as a topping on oatmeal and salads (both with walnuts!!)
Maybe learn how to make dried apples?
