i just did a search for "baby shower sprinkle" on pinterest... i got a lot of really cute ideas!!
give that a try.
one of the ideas for favors that came up was chocolate covered pretzel sticks with sprinkles on top. they put about 5 in a cellophane envelope and a cute tag.
