Thermos-Microwaveable?
DH wants to start bringing soup for lunch. I was thinking of picking him up a thermos, but not sure if they are microwaveable.

Thermos-Microwaveable?
I don't think it would heat well in the insulated container. If you're planning to heat it in the morning I would heat the soup in another container, heat up the thermos with hot water for a minute, and then transfer the soup in. If he has access to a microwave I wouldn't bother with a thermos. I used to just bring a can with an empty tupperware container to heat it in.

No!
They have a metal liner .
Warm the thermos with hot water before filling.

Send the soup in a thermos and give him a bowl to heat the soup up in. Thermoses are definitely not microwaveable.
