I need help please LOL
I found a nice crock pot recipe for beef stroganoff, being the terrible cook i am, i need help please. The recipe calls for 1 lb of beef stew meat. What exactly is this can someone recommend a meat to use.

I need help please LOL
Usually in the meat section at the grocery store they have it already cut into chunks and labeled "stew meat".
it's chunks of beef.
Looks for it in the beef section

Yep, it will be chunks of beef and will say stew meat right on it.
