Yummo Pesto!!!
I have a huge bush in my backyard garden still. I decided to make a batch of pesto this afternoon before the basil completely dies.
So delish! I am going to warm up a crusty loaf of bread later and this will be our "snack" while football is on.
It's so easy too. I just used EVOO, a little salt, a little pepper, walnuts and garlic cloves.
Just put altogether in the food processor and you're all done.

I took a cue of my moms frozen pesto and put in my minestrone soup. I carmelized the onions and threw it in...so good! enjoy
