Fastfood
FH and I have been trying to save money and stay away from fast-food.. especially for our health. We probably haven't had anything other than subway in two months.
Well.. last night.. we decided to get some taco bell.. NEVER AGAIN! My stomach is killlllling me today. Can't believe what a difference a couple of months make!

dh and i were just talking yesterday about how long its been since we've had fast food
after seeing all of the things about the pink mush chicken nuggets, and the crap they put in their burgers, i just can't
subway we'll have once in awhile though

We had the same problem! We started eating much healthier back in April, and in August went to LI for a visit and basically ate whatever we wanted. Our stomachs were NOT happy   It was so nice to come home and eat healthy foods again.
The "worst" fast food we get now is Subway or grilled chicken from Wendy's/McDonald's.

And it goes both ways. When I am eating bad and then I switch to salads and grains and such- I get SUCH bad stomach issues.
And when I am eating healthy, and then eat a burger, sick as a dog.
It's all about what your body gets used to.
Amazing....

Same thing happened to us a few months ago - we haven't eaten fast food in a really long time and first time we did eat Taco Bell, it was a mess.
I've also just noticed the more we eat at home, even going out to restaurants bothers my stomach and just makes me feel less energetic, even if we eat relatively healthy things.
