Pit bull playdate on a pre-k/k playground?
At DC's school the pre-k and k have their own playground and today when I picked him up after after care there were 8 pit bulls and their owners hanging out on that playground.
I don't know how I feel about this. School was not in session, but they do have after care and kids were playing on the other play grounds.
Would you call the school?

Yes, I would. School may not be in session but the after care is on school property. I would not be comfortable with that at all.

Pit bull playdate on a pre-k/k playground?
I definitely would!! It's not only a potential hazard to the children if the after care decides to bring them outside, or when the parents pick up their child, its also a health hazard if the dogs "release themselves" and then the children play there.....ewww.
Honestly it wouldn't matter to me if they were pitbulls, yorkies, pugs or a mix of dogs. They still shouldn't be on school property, especially a playground.

I would call the school. Not because they were pit bulls but because I'm pretty sure ANY dog is not supposed to be on school grounds.
No matter what the breed, I wouldn't want children playing near a group of unleashed dogs

Dog are not allowed on playgrounds, unless otherwise specified, and even in cases where they are, it's always in a separate , completely fenced in area.
I would contact authorities immediately!

I would call District Office, too! There's no way I would stand for my child being outside around any dogs in an aftercare situation.

I am a dog lover but I would not be ok with this, pitbulls or any kind of dog. I would definitely have this addressed.

my school district has a no dog policy on school grounds. Not really enforced but a policy
