cycles and ovulation

I completely read TCOYF and there is one question I have that I am hoping you ladies could help me with.....

I know that I do not have a 28 day cycle, it is usually 31-32 days....is there a way I can figure out when I should probably ovulate.

unfortunately my temping has been inconsistent, so fertility friend software has not been able to pinpoint my day. I also charted 3 days of CM but AF seemed to show up like 19 days after CM so that must not be CM after all. I am so confused.

Assuming you luteal phase is 14 days, you should ovulate on cd17 or cd18. I would buy some ovulation predictor sticks and use them starting on cd12 or cd13 next cycle along with charting.
