Dr. Guida in Bayshore. Love him. He is on Montauk highway just east of Gardiners Park.

Ditto.
He's great, so is the NP who works with him.
Just be prepared that he doesn't do appointments after your initial visit, it's first come first serve so sometimes you're sitting for a while in the waiting room when you need to be seen
