catering for b-day party
I am ordering trays of food and a hero for my daughter's first b-day party. I was just wondering how many people do you think a tray of food feeds? (I was thinking eggplant rollatini and chicken francese)
I have yet to ask the restaurant where I am ordering from.

Usually about 10, but it depends on the size of the tray and what type of food.

I think about 15 depending on what you have- like salad, bread, veggies on the side of the trays

I catered my DS 2nd birthday party from Mama Theresa's and it was delicious!!!
Each full tray feeds about 18 people. We had 30 adults and 16 kids... I got 2 full trays of hot food (1 tray of pasta, 2 1/2 trays of different entrees), 1 full tray of salad (I'd get a 1/2 - no one touched it), a 3ft hero and 4 pizzas. I had so much food left over!!!
