Smoothies for weight loss and health?
Want to try to add smoothies into our daily lives (mine, dh, kids)
Any suggestions on types to make? Would like to make ones to aid in weight loss for me

As long as you're smoothies are veggie, not juice, heavy smoothies are a great way to get extra nutrients. Google green smoothies

My favorite is Kimberly Snyder's Glowing Green Smoothie-just google her. She has some other smoothies on her site, too.
