Trader Joes dinner ideas?
I feel like I always get the same stuff, and though I love everything I get from there, just wondering if I am missing something. Looking to try something new.
Can you share your go-to TJ dinners? I would list what I usually get, but I can't seem to think of all of it!

Trader Joes dinner ideas?
Just this week I bought and really enjoyed the following from the freezer section:
-Szechuan Beef & Broccoli
-Orange Chicken
-Kung Pao Chicken
-Spearsan Risotto (I add grilled chicken to make this a full meal)
-Mix together one container of Latin Style Black Bean Soup, one bag of the Chimmichurri Rice, can of black beans and chicken andouille sausage (very yummy and I got the idea from tasting it there)

Ditto but my absolute FAVE is the frozen flatbread with caramelized onion, ham and gruyere DELICIOUS!

I've done a bunch of their appetizers and cheeses for dinner when I've had family over.
I made salmon the other night and served their saag paneer as a side. DH loved it.
Lasagna.
I also get their eggplant and serve it with a side of pasta.
I also like their simmer sauces in the crockpot with chicken.
Turkey meatballs are also okay on a roll for a quick dinner with melted cheese.

How do you have the general tso's sauce? Do you make your own chicken?
Yes, I usually coat chicken pieces (boneless skinless breast) in cornstarch and pan fry them so they crisp up. Then pour sauce over and mix it all up until a little thick. SO good. I've also made it without the cornstarch but I prefer with.
