I dont know where holbrook is, but if it anywhere near hauppauge or babylon i would hands down reccommend Kotobuki.

Jiangs asian fusion. Corner of furrows and Main.. Little pricey but always fresh

Kotobuki is really worth the drive to Hauppauge. IMO.

Oriental sushi on portions rd in ronkonkoma. Dh loves the place and the prices are extremely good.
