Blood spot on eye
Has anyone had this happen? I googled this and can see exactly what I have. It had spread and it says it is harmless and if it doesn't go away within two weeks, to see a dr. I am wondering if I should go to dr anyway.

Do you know what caused it? I had a big blood spot on my eye when I threw up with my eyes open & broke blood vessels. It went away on its own pretty quickly & I never went to the doctor for it. Did you have any sort of trauma to your eye? Is there pain? If it doesn't start to look better in the next week maybe see the doctor.

Thanks. I went to the dr and it was what you are describing, broken blood vessel. And yes, I got sick yesterday. I just wanted to go in case just to be sure, as I have had eye problems before.

Oh yes. I once got it from sneezing too hard.
I woke up the next morning and almost DIED.
It looked soooo scary.
It's harmless and will reabsob on it's own but the first time I saw that, I thought I was dying or something!
