Spinoff to the Beneful Post
What do you feed your dog?
I have 2 pups one is a chihauhau mix (6.5 yrs) and the other a lab mix (almost 4 yrs) and we feed them Beneful. Obviously, I am considering switching but I am not sure to what. I need something that will work for both of them as no matter how much I try to have them eat from their own bowls they end up gettig into the other bowl.

I have a 3 year old Shih Tzu and he eats twice a day .... Once in the AM and once in the PM . I feed him Wellness and he loves it !! It is all natural and is not that expensive.. You can find it at a pet store, Petsmart or Petco...

Right now our puppy is on purina puppy, because that's what the breeder had her on
You can see though that she isn't digesting it all the way, but at 11 weeks old i can't really switch her over quite yet
Eventually we're planning on using natural foods (meat, veggies, oats, rice, etc) that i cook just for her instead of kibble

My 1yr old minischnauzer eats 2-3 times a day. She's very small (the runt of her litter) so her vet wants her to eat whenever she seems hungry. She's very picky so we accomodate that.
We feed her--
Blue buffalo hard food for small breeds mixed with some Merrick soft food. Schnauzers have very sensitive stomachs so I just spend the $ for quality now hoping to avoid issues as she gets older.

I have a 3yr old shih tzu and we feed him wellness but we mix it with raw chicken, and my 3month old cane corno eats eukanuba with raw chicken also.
We took them to a nutrisionist and they both love it and we also mix a power (recommended by the nutrisionist also) with some water that turns into a gravy.
