Soul Cycle and Fly Wheel

Has anyone taken either of these classes?

I don't spin often but I'm leaning toward trying Fly Wheel.

If you've taken either, would you mind sharing your experience?

I took a Soul Cycle class a few weeks ago. I liked it because it was different than your usual spin class. We did weights and also did a move like a push up and squats while on the bike. The teacher was really great too, full of energy.
I have never heard of Fly Wheel so I can't comment on that.
