AMNIO today...BABY TOMORROW!!!!
So, we went for my amnio today for the FLM...
Amnio went well, and was in and out in 2 hours! Having a little cramping now with a few contractions but nothing crazy...
The prelim results came back "intermittent" so they had to send out for further testing to get the LS ratio...JUST PRAYING it comes back higher than 2!!!
Please say a prayer that it does that way BABY WILL COME TOMORROW!!!!
Im 36w2d and SO DONE and READY to meet my little (wo)man?!?!?!

Oh I'm technologically impaired  I know how to post pics from my computer from a whole lot of trial and error! and I'm sure I'm doing it some backwards way too!

Hey Theresa,
Becuase I had placenta accreta with DS I had a "classical incission" which resulted in 250 internal stiches vertical on my uterus...in addition, to remove the accreta they had to remove part of my uterus, so it is smaller than before. With that being said, if I go into actuive labor now it can result in a "uterine rupture" and that wouldnt be good (major blood loss/death)...
Needless to say, the lung maturity came back that he/she is not 100% ready to come today :( Im disappointed bc I have had in my head that today was the day but I certainly know that its for the better :)
Now, I just have to call the doctor and decide to either
A. go for another amnio next week and pending results (positive=deliver) (negative=wait until Valentines Day)
OR
B. just schedule the c-section for Valentines Day week and hope and pray I dont go into labor.
