Green smoothie receipe

What do you put In yours? Here's what I was thinking of making one with but not sure if it will come out the proper consistency:

Chopped spinach or kale (I don't like avocados)
1/2 cup berries or peaches
Coconut milk or water ?

Thank you.

Ok. This sounds like a perfect combo. I still may try other variations like w the coconut or almond milk or coconut water. I'm sure the apples and pears sweeten up enough. Thanks. I'm excited already.

How much does this make? After valentines day I want to try juicing but don't know where to start.

I would think you would have several servings so you can put it in a pitcher or a shaker and save it for later.
