Women with Hypothyroid
I have been newly diagnosed with a hypothyroid and am on Synthroid...I have been reading about what vitamins are necessary in your diet to promote thyroid health...
I should be taking selenium, omega 3 fat, zinc, iron, copper, iodine, vitamin B and coconut oil...My question is is there a multivitamin that contains all this I can take daily? What do you take on a daily basis besides the Synthroid?

Re: Women with Hypothyroid
I don't have hypothyroid, but you should be taking a multi vitamin. Fish oil at least 2000 mg, and I'd also take an extra Vitamin B.
All others except coconut oil will be found in the multi vitamin.
You can drink coconut oil about 3 x week if you like that.
Also increase your protein with broccolli and spinach to get the iron that you need in meals.
Make sure you take you vitamins everyday with a full glass of water or something you drink, with a meal. It helps absorbs the nutrients.
