Has anyone tried PILOXING??
New studio by me offeres it and I was curious if anyone has tried.
PILOXING® - Uniquely mix pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging. Yes! When I had exercise TV on demand I did the videos on there! It was good to break up the workout routine.

I took it at a fitness convention with the creator of the program! She was adorable and it kicked my asss! I loved it!
I wish there were more options around here. Everything is Zumba lately! R.I.P.P.E.D., Piloxing, those kind of classes are intense and amazing!!!!

They are opening a lot studios by me and then offering Groupons. Have you checked on Groupon lately? thats how I learned about a lot of these things.

yes, i've done it - it's a lot of fun....has both cardio and toning, so it's a great workout.
You can do Piloxing classes on emglivefitness.com from an ipad or computer...I stream them live through my apple tv and do the workouts in my bedroom.

Things are slowly changing. There was almost no zumba at ECA this year.
