Nuchal test repeat today-Update!
Going back to try again. Excited/terrified. Please send out some good vibes! Will update later.
UPDATE: They were able to do my nuchal fold test today! Ultrasound looked good, nuchal measurement was 1.4, so we "passed" this part of the test. Now have to wait for blood testing to come back. I am so relieved. Baby looked great, heartbeat going strong. Still measuring about a week behind. I don't really get that, since I always measured exactly on target with number of weeks at the RE. I'm going to choose to believe, for now, that maybe it's just a difference in ultrasound machines or techs from one place to another. Hoping it's just "one of those things," and that I can trust that my OB office's tech knows what she's doing. I'm not entirely convinced, since I loved the techs at my RE's. What's also different for me is that my OB office now does the nuchal scan in house, whereas, with my son 3 years ago, they sent me to a MFM office. Again, I hope she knows what the hell she is doing!
