Tracy Anderson workout dvds?
Has anyone tried these? I'm specifically thinking of ordering her Pregnancy Project dvds but just wanted some feedback on her in general.

Congrats!!!!
A friend of mine uses her dvd's and loves them. I actually saw Tracy Anderson on Good Morning America the other day with a bunch of expecting moms and they were doing some of the moves from The Pregnancy Project and I thought to myself, when the time comes, I will definitely check this out!

I have the post pregnancy workout and it inspired me to buy metamorphosis.
It's really hard but it works. I just kept doing the best I could and slowly I made progress.
She expects you to work out 6 days a week. And to only do her workouts. I have done it every other day and am still seeing results.
I would definitely recommend it.

I did the post pregnancy dvd after dd and saw results, was easier to dothan gym for me with a toddler and newborn at home.
