Can I freeze fish that I've already marinated?
I marinated way too much fish for dinner tonight... do you think I can freeze the rest? It's Grouper marinated with olive oil, lime, garlic and spices. I really don't want it to go to waste!

I think you can. I remember reading somewhere that you can do it with chicken- so I dont' see why not fish

Awesome thanks!! Nope, it was fresh fish. I guess if it smells at all when I defrost, then I'll chuck it then.

Yes, but I would use it next week. You can't freeze fish for too long.
