Middle school math teachers, help with a project.
For part of one of my classes for grad school I have a group project where I I have to come up with an integrated technology curriculum in math grades 6-8.
I teach in an elementary school so I am not familiar in this subject area.
My project is with integrating iPads. What apps are good for this age level? Also what math subjects are taught at this level?
Forgive me I'm not the greatest in math  so any help is appreciated.

I'd look into the program 'geometer's sketch pad.' It's great! You can create shapes, angles, measure, find area, circumference, etc.
It's a great way to do hands-on math with technology.

I'm not middle school, but check out the materials at the NCTM website. I bet you'd find something there.
