Ladies on Clomid

Hello,

My issue is that I do not ovulate on my own. I was fortunate enough to get pg with my daugher on my 3rd round of clomid (100mg), but this second time around, I've been off and on clomid for a year now (with an early miscarriage in January).

Sometimes I ovulate on clomid (now 150mg), but sometimes not.

I'm still with obgyn, but will be going to an RE if not pg this month.

What is the next step for someone like me? Would it be clomid or femara coupled with an hcg shot, iui, or other injectibles? I just want to know what to expect.
Any thoughts?

I would think Clomid with IUI and then Injectable with IUI, or I guess you could go straight to injectables with IUI.
