Do you refrigerate your buttercream frosted cakes?
Seems to be different schools of thoughts on this. Just curious.

You definitely don't have to, but sometimes I like them better refrigerated.

I don't refrigerate normally, but I make sure to turn the temperature down in the house if I leave it out. If the filling in my cake is different from buttercream frosting, then I refrigerate. (I made a nutella whipped cream filling last time and knew I couldn't leave it out.)

You don't have to, but I do after day two or three.
