Vitamins
What kind of vitamins does your DC take? DS doesn't like gummy things and refuses the chewables. Liquid form says up to 4 years. DS is 4 1/2. Any suggestions?

When my son turned 4, my pediatrician switched us to Poly-vi- flor chewables, but my little guy was having NO part of it! He loves applesauce, so I crushed it up in that and he is none the wiser!

Vitamins
I give a chewable. You can get liquid form vitamins at all health food stores though. Gummy vitamins don't have iron, I know my kids need iron, so I don't do gummy ones.
Is the liquid you are talking about the stuff from the doctor? We never gave that since it has fluoride (not a fan of it since it's toxic).
