I am the odd one out I can spend a fortune in TJ maxx... between shoes, clothes, sutff for the house ( this is what gets me everytime) clothes for DH and DS 
I guess I would say old navy ... It seems like I can spend $$$ anywhere I go though

I am usually a clearance shopper to begin with, but a specific place that I like where most things are inexpensive, I would have to say TJMaxx or Old Navy.

I always shop sales, I never pay full price for anything. It's just not necessary.
TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Loehmanns
Bloomies & L&T always have great clearance sales
