Has anyone had any successful stories? I must have applied to over 20 jobs during the last two months and not one phone call. I am getting discouraged by this site.

DH found a job through there but I wouldn't use it as a sole source of job search. Have you tried Indeed.com?

Re: Career Builder
Oh yes, I've just started trying indeed.com a few weeks ago. A lot of the other sites merge with them as well, so I end up using careerbuilder from there at times.

Re: Career Builder
Honestly, I've only really found any of my jobs, new offer included through networking.
Although, with the latest offer, I did apply online through the career website but I followed that with a personal email to the person I knew within the program that I had sent my resume. Otherwise I am pretty confident it would've been lost (I have applied at this company before and never ever received a response).
A lot of my colleagues have mentioned the same, that usually knowing someone is the only way these days.
Good luck with your career search!!!!
Keep us posted!!!!

Before you update your profile on LinkedIn, make sure you un-set the option where any of your updates are sent to your connections...in case you are connected to people at your current job...
Just a suggestion...

Then, create a profile with keywords that are important for someone who is searching profiles...
