Girls who do Bootcamp Classes

How long does it take until you feel like you are not going to die during the class? I had surgery in December and have not done alot of cardio since then but thought I was in decent shape (lots of hot yoga, jogging here and there). I even had to stop a few times during the class because I just could not keep going. I'm hoping it gets more manageable soon!

I have been taking the class once a week, for months and she is always changing it so I always feel like I am going to die..lol. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week, but she just has a tough class. I like that it is challenging.
If I stop going for a few weeks it takes a week of my routine to get back into it.

ITA - mine always changes too...and when you get stronger you should be upping the weights a bit

Thanks, ladies! I am on week 3 and although I'm still very sore the next day, its not a debilitating soreness like the first week!

I started Barrys Bootcamp last week and the first week I was sore for 5 days after :(
This week wasn't as bad (soreness) but the class was still challenging. He changed it up too.

My friend is a PT and I jump in on his boot camps and the first few weeks usually hurt and I want to cry. But after that its still tough but I feel good after.
