avocados
So I brought 4 avocados yesterday to make guac but the people cancelled so I didnt make it. Well they are ripe and I have to do something with it just dont know what. Besides guac and put on a salad what else can I make??

I put avocado on BLT's and smash avocado on toast in the morning and add a little salt and pepper. Those are my 2 most common ways of using avocados...Skinny Taste has a few recipes using avocado. Maybe make some tacos and add avocado?

Great to know!
Anyone ever freeze them? I heard you could, but wonder if it changes the consistency.
I love a simple alcovado, tossed with tomatoes, S&P.
Of for a more complete meal (black beans, tomatoes, corn, cilantro, lime juice, s&p. Shrimp too is nice)

You could also cut one in half and eat it with a bit f sea salt. SO good!

I LOVE an avocado, halved grape tomatoes, and Trader Joe's organic white quinoa mixed as a salad. A little EVOO and some salt and pepper - it's a meal. You can add mixed greens to it too. So good.

i eat sliced avocado with my eggs & grape tomato in the morning.
also chopped up into my egg salad.
in a wrap with tahini dressing with anything & everything.
