Queens- London lennies(American) taverna kyklades and stamatis for fresh whole fish and octopus (Greek)
Nassau - popeis! Fresh, great value but its a dump. Once u get over the initial "wtf" from the moment u pull into the parking lot and walk in, u will soon forget everything once your food comes. It's one of my fav. Places to eat. And I eat out everyday so that says a lot.
In Brooklyn try desnuda. It's a ceviche place. You might run into a celeb. 
Let me know if you need recs for manhattan.
If you want to narrow down what your fav seafood dishes are I can direct you to more places

Thanks all.
I've been to London Lennies and I don't think the food is as great as it use to be.
As far as seafood, we love raw clams and steam lobster. Going to check out Popeis. Thanks.
