Homemade food that you froze question
I totally forgot I had some things frozen that I had made. I keep them in my second fridge in our basement and I forgot about them. So you think any of these are still good?
Homemade chilli I made for Super Bowl sunday Homemade lasagna I made on palm Sunday.
Thanks!

Re: Homemade food that you froze question
The lasagna, definitely, assuming it was wrapped/stored correctly.
The chili, it may be too long. I would just take a look and see if it looks freezer burned. I don't think it would be unsafe to eat, but the taste of things is compromised if frozen too long.
I feel like 3 months is a good mark for freezing prepared/cooked food. But I, too, have a second fridge in the garage and often find things that I can't even remember making or freezing!
